Job Description

The Creative Project Manager will serve as the operational counterpart to the Multi-Media Creative teams who are responsible for developing and producing best-in-class creative. This role will work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure organised and efficient cross-functional collaboration. The Creative Project Manager will serve as the facilitator through all touch points of the creative lifecycle from brief to delivery, mainly focusing on production and localisation for on-air promos for content for our Dreamworks and Bravo EMEA channels. Ultimately, they will manage what has been briefed, what is being produced, what the specs are, and when deliveries should happen. This role includes direct line management of the Project Coordinator, with responsibility for their workload, development, and day‑to‑day support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Planning & Strategy

Act as the central point of contact between the internal multi-media creative teams.Partner closely with internal teams and creative directors to assess all elements of initial creative briefs to include specs, priority, and creation of all deliverables against agreed deadlines.Drive project workflow by managing all steps in the creative life cycle.Engage external agencies to facilitate relevant services and manage PO raising and invoicing.Lead and track multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.Provide oversight of creative asset quality and standards. Ensure smooth hand-offs of projects through all relevant tollgates.Monitor feedback processes across multiple stakeholders to ensure assets are approved and stay on schedule.Oversee routing of final assets to desired destination.

Qualifications

Basic Requirement: 

Significant creative production and project management experience (ideally multi-disciplinary).A history of managing high volume, high quality creative projects with tight deadlines.Fluent in audio-visual types and formats.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with on-air and localisation processes.Familiarity in budgeting and PO raising.Experience with scaling assets for digital platforms (i.e. Facebook, YouTube, Snap, TikTok).An expert communicator and great at building relationships both vertically and horizontally in a matrix driven organization.Ability to stay balanced and level-headed under pressure is essential.Familiarity with kid’s content and reality tv shows is desired.
