You'll be the planning mastermind behind marketing initiatives, coordinating between creative, technical, and business teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences. Your expertise in agile methodologies and program management strategy will help level up our execution and drive meaningful results.
ResponsibilitiesFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between design, copy, engineering, and marketing teams.Conduct sprint planning and agile ceremonies to maintain project momentum.Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize program performance.Manage resource allocation and timeline across multiple concurrent projects.Develop roadmaps that align with the gaming brand's mission and goals.Essential SkillsExpert-level proficiency with project management tools such as AirTable, Monday, Smartsheets, Jira, and Asana.Ability to build systems from the ground up.Creative workflow management experience, handling processes from request through to merchandise.Digital creative operations experience, including understanding of K weights, spec sizes, and file types in the digital marketing space.5+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 2 years in the gaming or tech industry.Strong track record of managing successful creative programs.Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with gaming platforms and ecosystems.Understanding of UX/UI design principles.Data analytics and A/B testing expertise.Familiarity with design systems and creative workflows.Experience with localization and global product launches.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence three times per week. You'll split your time between the creative team and product stakeholders. The creative team is small, with creative individuals embedded in the marketing team. This role will support efforts to expand into more countries, rebrand, and increase the number of games launched. The environment is collaborative, with a focus on creativity and innovation in the gaming industry.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54.00 - $56.00/hr.
