Creative Producer

Job Description
As a Creative Producer, you will partner daily with a Creative Director, leading multiple productions from initial brief through final asset delivery. You will oversee end‑to‑end production within the studio - making key creative and financial decisions to ensure delivery of world‑class creative work. This role includes significant stakeholder management both within and outside of Nike, supporting high‑visibility initiatives and ensuring team success.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Act as a key strategic partner to the Creative Director, developing and pitching concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Secure funding and manage a large‑scale production budget.
- Oversee contract negotiations with talent, crew, and vendors.
- Guide creative direction during production to maintain alignment with project vision.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior‑level stakeholders - including those within Nike.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the creative industry, bringing forward current trends and insights.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience, training, or education).
- Deep knowledge and passion for creativity, sports, and culture.
- Proven experience leading large productions across multiple mediums (print, broadcast, still, AV, digital, experiential).
- Experience in a creative agency or in‑house creative environment, including productions with elite athletes and celebrities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex productions and introduce new, innovative ways of working.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, communicate strategically, and simplify complex information.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ability to thrive within a matrixed environment, partnering across multiple stakeholders and challenging priorities to achieve the best creative outcomes.
- Experience leading and motivating producers to hit shared goals.
- Confidence in navigating difficult conversations and negotiations.
- Ability to travel 10–30%.
