Creative Operations Specialist

Our client is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Cardiovascular Public Affairs and Neuromodulation teams supporting their operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Operations Specialist
**Location:** Plymouth, MN
**Pay Range: Based on the experience**
**Mode: 100% Onsite / 12 months contract**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage the GMEA contracting process, including Master Service Agreements and Statement of Work requests.
+ Act as a liaison between business owners and supporting functional groups, ensuring high levels of communication and coordination.
+ Oversee expense reporting for team members and assist with event planning as requested.
+ Provide low-level support for Cardio PA related SharePoint sites on the Abbott World intranet.
+ Manage customer request entries and vendor set-up processes as needed.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Familiarity with contracting processes and vendor management.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
