Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of test equipment, specifically the flagship model, the 'Eclipse' test machine. You will build the machine from blueprints and complete plumbing and electrical wiring using hand tools and power tools. This position is for the 2nd shift from 4:30 pm to 3 am, Monday through Thursday. Training will be provided on a Noon to 10:30 pm schedule before transitioning to the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
Assemble test equipment based on blueprints.Complete plumbing and electrical wiring tasks using appropriate tools.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for machine building.Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading blueprints.Experience with hand tools such as screwdrivers, impact guns, and pliers.Mechanical aptitude for machine assembly from prints or diagrams.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work in a clean and organized environment, leading in the manufacturing and assembly of pathology, histology, necropsy, and morgue equipment. The company employs 84 individuals, with 10 welders within the welding group. The facility includes departments such as Engineering, Machining, Welding, Metal Finishing, and Shipping/Receiving. Dress code requires working attire, a welding helmet, welding gloves, and steel toe boots
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
