**Job Title: Crane Technician**
**Job Description**
A safety mindset is essential when performing inspections and service work. The role involves conducting OSHA compliance inspections and preventative maintenance on various overhead cranes and hoists, diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, repairing, assembling, and servicing equipment. You will perform electrical and mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings. This physically demanding job requires working at heights, in extreme temperatures, and noisy locations, with responsibilities that include standing, walking, sitting, and lifting between 50-100lbs. It is crucial to keep customers informed of any major discrepancies or safety-related matters concerning their equipment. Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with peers, management, and support resources, while committing to teamwork and exemplary customer service, is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct OSHA compliance inspections and preventative maintenance on overhead cranes and hoists.
+ Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment.
+ Perform electrical and mechanical adjustments or repairs with or without engineered drawings.
+ Work at heights and in extreme temperature and noisy environments.
+ Communicate major discrepancies or safety concerns to customers.
+ Maintain positive relationships with peers, management, and support resources.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $95000.00/yr.
