If you want to work with a thriving company and have the drive to succeed, then we want to talk to you! Job Description The CPU Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of general labor temporary employees within a light industrial and warehousing environment. This role serves as the on-site program lead, ensuring workforce readiness, safety compliance, productivity, and client satisfaction. The Program Manager partners closely with warehouse leadership, staffing teams, and vendors to ensure consistent labor coverage, operational efficiency, and adherence to CPU program standards. Responsibilities: Oversee daily deployment, attendance, and performance of general labor temporary employeesManage labor forecasts, headcount planning, and shift coverageMonitor productivity metrics, quality standards, and operational KPIsCoach and discipline employees in alignment with company and client policiesPrepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reportsTrack attendance, turnover, productivity, and safety metrics

 Qualifications and Requirements: 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or workforce managementExperience overseeing 50+ employeesStrong understanding of warehouse safety and operational workflowsExperience managing CPU, MSP, or onsite staffing programsKnowledge of timekeeping, labor tracking, or WMS systems
