Join us as a CP LMU Controls Project Development Manager,
where you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and business
development efforts in the Controls and Automation Systems sector. Imagine

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Youwill lead business development efforts, focusing on controls andautomation systems, to drive sales and expand market presence.
+ Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiativesthat align with our business goals.
+ Utilizeyour detailed knowledge of controls and automation products to identifyopportunities and create tailored solutions for clients.
+ Engagewith clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance oncontrol systems for rotating equipment.
+ Traveldomestically to meet with clients and stakeholders, fostering strongrelationships and ensuring project alignment.
**What You Bring**
+ Abachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a degree in Electrical,Controls, Automation Engineering or a related Engineering field ispreferred.
+ Minimumof 8 years’ combined experience with sales/business development andControls and Automation Systems is required; Candidates with moreexperience may be eligible for a more senior level role.
+ Strategicorientation with detailed knowledge of controls and automation products,services, and markets is required.
+ Willingnessto travel domestically is required.
+ Experiencewith control systems for rotating equipment sales and/or capital projectbusiness development is a plus.
+ Familiarwith industrial compressors, including an understanding of compressorperformance and application principles is preferred.
Applicants must be legally authorized for
employment in the United States without need for current or future
employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current
visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
