Job Title: Coverage Specialist
Job Description

The Coverage Specialist performs all duties associated with the operations of Site Services, working closely with management to complete projects such as Standard Operating Procedures, Scopes of Work, and Training, along with direct customer interfacing relative to job functions. This role interfaces directly with customer Points-of-Contact, purchasing directors, facility directors, and plant managers to procure lab supplies and materials. The Coverage Specialist utilizes various customer computer systems including SAP, Inventory Manager, Citrix, VBQ, Info Access, Intranet, Ariba, SAP, EZ Source, ESpree, Nexus, UPS, Fedex, ChemSW, Coupa, Oracle, and customer-specific applications.

ResponsibilitiesTrain associates on all service offerings.Provide Level 3 SAP Support including full customer services, credit rebills, and invoice scrubbing.Modify, design, and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators.Manage budgets related to expense reports.Meet revenue, TOE, safety, performance, and quality goals and objectives.Create programs for enhanced service efficiencies.Travel to customer sites as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in Material Handling/Inventory Replenishment and customer service.Proficiency in SAP.Reliable vehicle for travel between client sites.Additional Skills & QualificationsContainment training, IATA, DOT, IMDG, and OSHA Right to Know are a plus.Cross-referencing and inside sales experience are beneficial.Knowledge of scientific products and services is advantageous.Work Environment

The work environment is 100% onsite with travel required to client sites. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The candidate will report to one of five locations depending on business needs: San Diego, CA; Carlsbad, CA; Oceanside, CA; or Irvine, CA. The candidate will remain at one site for the entire day and will not travel between sites during the day. There is no designated home site, and the candidate will go to whichever site needs them on a given day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
