Our client, a leading company in the water industry, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join their team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales support department supporting customer service and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Counter Sales Representative
**Location:** Elkridge, MD
**Pay Range: $19 to $21 per hours**
**Shift:** 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Process walk-in sales and enter orders into the computer system accurately.
+ Assist customers by gathering materials and supporting will call orders.
+ Answer phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service over the phone.
+ Manage returns to stock and organize inventory efficiently.
+ Support inventory management through cycle counts and verifying location codes.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
+ At least one year of plumbing experience is essential.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
