Coupa Operations Coordinator Level 1

Our client is seeking a **Coupa Operations Support Candidate** to join their team. This entry-level role is highly administrative and operational, focusing on managing contracts, SOW updates, and procurement activities within **Coupa** . You will play a key role in supporting portfolio delivery and governance by ensuring accuracy across multiple systems and processes. If you have strong organizational skills and Coupa experience, we want to hear from you!
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $18-20 per hour w2
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Upload and maintain contracts and SOW updates in **Coupa**
+ Process purchase orders and invoicing using Coupa and related systems
+ Track invoicing, purchase orders (POs), and project documentation
+ Manage project time tracking and ensure accurate resource reporting
+ Oversee operating and capital budgets, ensuring compliance and governance
+ Handle contract management and vendor performance tracking
+ Support capacity/resource planning and assist with estimating for business cases
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency
**What’s Needed**
+ **Coupa experience (must-have)**
+ 2–5 years of experience in portfolio or project operations (entry-level candidates encouraged)
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn tools like Clarity
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
