We are looking for an experienced **Country Operations Lead** to join our dynamically growing team—someone who will play a key role in fulfilling contractual obligations, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth.
**Main responsiblities:**
**Strategic and Operational Leadership**
+ Ensure the fulfillment and overachievement of contractual obligations while continuously improving service quality.
+ Proactively identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities, including the acquisition of new services and projects, and support contract renewals.
**Process Improvement and Operational Excellence**
+ Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
+ Establish, analyze, and develop performance indicators and benchmarking systems.
+ Ensure regulatory compliance and manage the preparation and execution of audits.
+ Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for senior management and clients.
**Support in New Contract Mobilization**
+ Actively participate in sales and transition processes, including site visits, presentations, and mobilization activities.
+ Organizational and Financial Performance
+ Support the development of local and regional financial plans, including revenue and profit targets, reduction of WIP and outstanding receivables, and enhancement of cost efficiency.
+ Optimize organizational structures to balance service excellence with cost-effectiveness.
**Leadership and Human Resources Management**
+ Ensure the presence of competent, well-trained teams and support succession planning and leadership development.
**Client Relations and Service Quality**
+ Manage key client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously monitor service levels.
+ Develop, track, and improve SLAs and KPIs.
**Health, Safety, and Compliance**
+ Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, including both CBRE and client-specific policies.
**Requirements:**
+ University degree and relevant 10+ professional experience in operations or facilities management.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
+ Strong financial acumen and business-oriented mindset.
+ Confident command of English (spoken and written).
+ Solid knowledge of HSE and compliance standards.
