Astrion is seeking an experienced Counter-UAS Systems Integrator to lead the integration of complex CUAS solutions across multiple platforms and technologies. This role will be responsible for liaising between FMS and US Army equities to develop CUAS requirements, test planning, and materiel improvements.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS 

10+ years’ experience in systems integration, preferably in defense or aerospaceStrong understanding of Command and Control systems, radar, missile and gun effectors, and electronic warfare principlesExperience with CUAS technologies and military defense systemsProven track record of successful complex system integrationsStrong project management and stakeholder communication skillsActive SECRET security clearance is preferred or the ability to obtain SECRET security clearance10% Travel

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS  

Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fieldExperience with military CUAS programs and requirementsKnowledge of DoD acquisition processesBackground in radar systems, RF detection, or electronic warfareFamiliarity with military Air Defense C2 systems and architectureExperience with system testing and evaluation proceduresPMP certificationMaster's degree in related technical field

Lead technical integration of CUAS detection, tracking, and defeat systemsDevelop system architecture and integration plans for multi-sensor CUAS solutionsCoordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful system deploymentOversee system testing, validation, and verification activitiesCreate technical documentation and integration proceduresRepresent the FMS community at technical interchange meetings and integrated product teamsTroubleshoot complex system integration issuesProvide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders
