This position is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering outstanding service, accurate product solutions, and efficient order processing. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong product knowledge (or a willingness to learn), and takes pride in building lasting customer relationships. Reports to: Profit Center Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Previous experience in electrical distribution, wholesale, construction supply, or related industry preferred + Knowledge of electrical products (conduit, wire, lighting, switchgear, breakers, etc.) a plus + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment + Basic computer skills and experience with order entry systems + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/counter environment Preferred Qualifications: N/A Working Conditions: Conditions vary based on needed activities and will include warehouse, sales floor and external environments. Some activities will include lifting (maximum 50 lbs.), sorting, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions.
