Our client, a leading organization in the industrial supply sector, is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join their team. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the sales and customer relations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Sales Associate

Location: Melbourne, FL

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday- Friday (7:30am - 4:30pm) 

What's the Job?

Assist customers at the counter by providing product information and recommendations Manage customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Communicate daily with customers via phone, fax, and email to support their needs Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to deliver outstanding customer service Research and resolve customer complaints, including locating replacement parts and processing returns

What's Needed?

Experience related to Customer Service and high-volume call handling Proficiency in Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills Effective communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
