Salary Range $50,000.00 - $50,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full Time Education Level 2 Year Degree Category Education Description Key Responsibilities & Expectations + Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data. + Ensures student caseload meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals. + Provides comprehensive and individualized case management, ensuring student progress, retention, and completion of the Job Corps program. Establishes supportive mentoring relationships and provides personal, educational, and career counseling throughout enrollment. + Provides ongoing assessment of student progress in Academics, Career Technical Training, and Independent Living. + Develops and updates student Personal Career Development Plans. + Coordinates on-Center and off-Center services to support student retention and success; transports students as required. + Routinely evaluates and documents student performance using the case management system. + Contributes to a positive Center culture by treating students with care and respect, helping them achieve personal and career goals, and ensuring they feel safe and welcomed. + Produces quality work that is thorough, timely, and accurate. + Maintains appropriate attendance, accountability, and productivity standards. + Plans, prioritizes, and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines. + Applies job knowledge effectively to complete all required responsibilities. + Proactively maintains and strengthens job-related skills. + Mentors, monitors, and models Career Success Standards in accordance with the PRH. + Provides high-quality supervision and management of students, taking swift and appropriate action, positively influencing behavior, and holding students accountable with respect and courtesy. + Ensures quality programs and services, continuously pursuing improvement and enhancement to meet student needs. + Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and contributes meaningfully to group efforts. Provides timely and accurate information to DOL/Company when requested. + Analyzes problems, evaluates solutions, and follows up to ensure issues are properly resolved. + Works collaboratively with all departments to ensure effective supervision and student services. + Accepts direction and supervision from Center leadership, including temporary assignments in other departments as needed. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements + Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited school, including at least 15 semester hours in Social Services–related instruction. + Minimum of one (1) year experience in counseling or a related field. + Previous Job Corps or related program experience preferred. + Valid in-State Driver’s License required and must meet Company insurability requirements.
