The purpose of the role is to track actual performance against relevant KPI’s, production standard of the conversion process in the section.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Analyze the PO variance report.
+ Actual material cost tracking (yield/loss analysis) and comparison vs. STD on regular basis per product and production lines.
+ Evidence tracking and reporting related to trials, scraps and other non-standard material usage.
+ Track performance against relevant KPI's of the conversion process in the section.
+ Support/provide KPI data for DMS (daily management system) – IL6S.
+ Ensure that manufacturing POs are properly and timely opened, maintained and closed.
+ Ensure that employees on shop floor correct the actual consumption of material direct to PO's.
+ Compare labor hours with total of recorded hours to PO's.
+ Prepare detailed DVL reports per production line to explain actual consumption vs. standard that should also be used for bonus evaluation for DVL employees.
+ Train new end users, prepare manual for them if needed, provide support to TL's & end users if they face some problem.
+ Be an integral part of the production team and raise awareness for all team members of the standard cost of product and of variances.
+ Identification of labour and wastes productivity, costs reduction as per agreed quarterly / annual targets.
+ Controls of other employees identified productivity projects: calcualtion of the impact, tracking f the actual results.
+ Indirect materials usage tracking and controls, identification of savings.
**Key requirements:**
+ Higher education in finance or economic sciences.
+ Experience in the production cost controlling for a minimum of 1 year.
+ Very good knowledge of English.
+ Understanding the standards and production processes and supply chain processes.
+ Experience and SAP knowledge.
+ Experience in finantial audits could be an asset.
+ Previous experience in FCMG plants would be an asset.
