The JPM Corporate Investment Bank line of business is seeking for a new member to join the Cost & Commission Services. Responsibilities include:

Timely and accurate capture of all transactions in the Risk Management SystemsWork closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a ‘one team approach’Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basisClear and concise communication with all support teams to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of queriesParticipate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architectureBuild an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspectiveInvestigate and provide solutions to various queriesWork independently and in a team environment to maximize productivity in a most efficient manner.Analyze and investigate discrepancies and variances to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer balances reported to senior management.Compile, prepare and present weekly and monthly performance metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management.Assist clients and FO teams by addressing inquiries and meeting requirements, ensuring a high level of service and timely resolution of issues.4 - 6 years of experienceBachelor’s degree or advanced university In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologiesAlteryx & UI Path knowledge is desirableHighly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independentlyAttention to detail with superior written & verbal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business

 

Qualifications include:

Understand all relevant derivatives and hedging products.Knowledge of the front to back Operations process and facilitate issue resolution across teamsUnderstand the key elements of other infrastructure groups and recognize the impact of the actions of the team on these areasMust have clear communication skills and an ability to use these to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge, as appropriateAttention to details and sense of ownershipGreat team player able to work in a pressurized and changing environmentPossess strong analytical and numerical skillsStrong problem solving, control, and project management skills
