Join Roche, where every voice matters. **The Position** **_The Opportunity:_** As a **Cost Accounting Analyst** , you will be responsible for executing operational tasks related to **Manufacturing Accounting, Standard Costing, and Inventory Valuation** for the Americas Roche Services and Solutions Operations site in San Jose, Costa Rica. + **Executing** month-end close activities, including manual journal entry preparation. + **Managing** standard costing processes and ensure data quality. + **Conducting** complex accounting analyses and audits related to manufacturing and supply chain accounting. + **Acting** as a key contact for affiliates regarding accounting and reporting topics. + **Preparing** reports and commentary on significant financial matters. + **Investigating** accounts such as inventory, variances, and allowances, recommending actions as needed. + **Ensuring** compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations. **_Who you are:_** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + **2+ years** **of relevant experience** in Manufacturing Accounting, including Standard Costing and Inventory Valuation. + Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and experience with SAP (FI, CO/PA, MM, PP). + Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail. + Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. + Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. + **Fluency in English** **Relocation benefits are not available for this role** **Who we are** A healthier future drives us to innovate.
