Cost Accountant | Manufacturing

Our client, a growing manufacturing company is looking for a sharp, hands on Cost Accountant who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys partnering with operations to drive smarter decisions.

What You'll Do
* Own and analyze product costs including materials, labor, and overhead
* Explain variances and turn numbers into clear insights for leadership
* Support inventory accounting, cycle counts, and month end close
* Partner closely with production teams to improve margins and efficiency
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost improvement initiatives

What They're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Three plus years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
* Strong standard costing and inventory knowledge
* Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
* Curious, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
