We are seeking a skilled accountant to join our team, focusing on general ledger accounting, journal entries, and cost accounting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering teams and manage various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
ResponsibilitiesPerform general ledger accounting and manage journal entries.Collaborate with the engineering team on cost accounting, including standard and job costing.Review and manage interfaces within different systems.Prepare and elaborate credit notes.Conduct account reconciliations.Oversee physical inventories and conduct cycle counts for six product lines monthly.Review revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 standards.Process check requests and handle general accounting duties.
Essential SkillsStrong expertise in cost accounting and general ledger management.Proficiency in reconciliation and journal entry processes.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.Experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing industry.Familiarity with month-end processes, cost analysis, and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications3-5 years of accounting experience within the manufacturing sector.Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
