Job Description + Develop and maintain cost accounting systems tailored to telecom operations, including network assets, service provisioning, and customer support. + Analyze actual vs. budgeted costs for infrastructure projects, service rollouts, and operational activities. + Perform cost variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management. + Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting. + Monitor and reconcile inventory and asset capitalization related to telecom equipment and installations. + Assist in pricing strategies by providing cost-based analysis for new services and packages. + Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed cost models. Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus). + 5+ years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or telecom environment. + Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost control strategies. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas. + Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
