Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:
Has 1+ years experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (newer educators welcome - if you know this is your calling we want to meet you!)Holds a current and valid state Cosmetology licensePossesses exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and developmentIs able to communicate in the best and challenging situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for allHas a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!Can pivot easily with grace and stay calm under pressure, and multi task like a pro
