Experience
Valid California Cosmetology or Barber License (or currently in school and close to completion)Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Knowledge of retail math for managing product sales is beneficial. Teamwork & Collaboration:
Supporting fellow stylists and front desk staff to maintain a smooth, positive work environment.Provide professional hair styling services, including washing, blowdrying and stylist to clients.Provide updos, braids, and extension servicesDeliver exceptional guest experiences every shiftCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operationsUpsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experiences.Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education.Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendationsSalon Cleanliness:
Folding and restocking clean towelsTaking out trash as neededDusting surfaces and wiping down shelves, counters, and styling stationsCleaning and sanitizing brushes and combsKeeping the break room tidy and organizedMaintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon policies.Restocking & Organization:
Refilling station drawers with tools and suppliesHelping to restock back bar products and retail inventory
