The Corrigo Administrator Performance Manager has responsibility for performance management tracking and reporting inclusive of utilizing technology and reporting to optimize and automate leadership visibility into performance of the real estate and facilities function.This position is also responsible for the Systems Administration of Corrigo, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and facility service request (FSR) system. General duties include system configuration, records maintenance, properties, assets, system/data integrity, and auditing. This position balances scope, time, cost, and quality, while maintaining a customer focus and working in a team environment.

Performance Management Roles and Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Support KPI development to align tracking of global real estate and facilities outcomes to enterprise goals’ trackProcess Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies within the performance management functionData Collection & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present real estate and facilities performance data to stakeholdersPromote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from CW and link the account to emerging practices in the model, the industry, and the BI/data fields.Devise and promote creative data visualization.Performance Reviews: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback on improvements to the performance functionEffectively track and monitor timelines, work-back schedules, and requirements for specialty global projects.Corrigo Administrator Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for overall integrity of the Corrigo system, supporting the client team, overseeing proper system use, and configuration to meet internal and client objectives.Ongoing Database managementTrack time spent supporting accounts and manage data management requests submitted from clients in a Corrigo instanceManage the Corrigo systems and associated data platform, as it specifically relates to performance management/reporting and maximizing Corrigo capability.Serve as subject matter expert to the client team for all CMMS systems related questions, support issues, and requirementsExplore options to satisfy new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems; configure, document and deploy solutionsSupport the account team users with general questions and other systems support requests.Maintain thorough knowledge of user base and critical user needsMaintain and demonstrate thorough self and team understanding of Corrigo product features and functionality by participating in training and knowledge shares and by utilizing documented resourcesManage and identify change requests and analyze impact of changes to the client.Leverage past learning and category/business knowledge in support of client business decision makingDevelop and maintain accuracy of dataOverall Skills/Qualifications
Corrigo Platform experience is requiredCollege graduate (BS/BA) preferred, but not required, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administrationCustomer service focusExperience in real estate Industry and facility management operations a plusExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using formulas for data analysisExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completionStrong technical skills with the ability to learn new applications quicklyExcellent attention to detailSelf-motivated, able to set priorities, and work autonomouslyData analysis/implementationAbility to communicate and implement complex ideasAbility to work in a Team environmentCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
