Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) Legal Entity Broker is a centralized group within Global Supplier Services that manages the Inter Affiliate Oversight & Third Party Governance function for several different Corporate Functions in the regions. This group supports Legal Entity Risk Assessment lifecycle.
As a CTPO Legal Entity Broker - Associate in the CTPO team you will work closely with regional stakeholders and global teams to comply with the CTPO lifecycle, firmwide governance framework and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall control environment and work to proactively mitigate risk through effective governance.
Job responsibilities
Manage, monitor and track a pipeline of Inter Affiliate and Third Party Risk assessments compliance to the internal policies and regulatory requirementsMonitor through reports, tools, and system research for all services associated with the Inter Affiliate and Third Party Risk assessment lifecyclePrepare and report performance metricsUnderstand all risks and issues and be able to explain the significance of the risk to the business representative and other key stakeholdersUpdate the appropriate systems and maintain documentation in accordance with all policies and proceduresActively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with focus on operational efficiencyProvide guidance and consultation to the team to enhance and develop a collaborative approach within the oversight modelRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
