Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Family Dollar
**Family Dollar** is seeking a proactive and resourceful **Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcer** to identify and attract top-tier talent for a broad range of corporate functions including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Legal, and more. This role plays a critical part in building high-performing teams by sourcing active and passive candidates and creating robust talent pipelines that support the long-term hiring goals of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Partner closely with TA Recruiters, Corporate Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs, team dynamics, and role requirements. + Strategically source and engage diverse candidate pools through job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other advanced sourcing tools. + Conduct candidate outreach, initial screening, and assess qualifications to build shortlists of qualified talent for active and anticipated roles. + Maintain an always-on approach to talent engagement through networking, market mapping, and relationship building with passive candidates. + Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations that help drive hiring decisions. + Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build a strong employment brand presence and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics. + Utilize and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and pipeline visibility. + Track and report on sourcing activity, effectiveness of channels, and candidate conversion rates. **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate talent acquisition, executive search, or sourcing-focused role. + Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean logic, X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Chrome extensions, and niche talent platforms. + Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday Preferred). + Intermediate skills in Excel and data management, including data mapping and analysis. + Familiarity with SEO and data scraping tools and techniques. + Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
