What the day will look like The Corporate Systems Integrations Engineer will be responsible for the following: Coordinate integration requirements, design, development, and deployment for Corporate Systems Platforms and subscribing platforms. Work as a liaison between the Aon business and technical resources to ensure technical solutions are being delivered on-time and with high quality. Adhere to global integration standards and architecture to be used across project and BAU initiatives. Collaborate with third party technical resources throughout delivery execution and prioritization. Drive new ideas and thought capital across the corporate platforms to continuously improve integrations. Skills and experience that will lead to success Mandatory: 3-4 years’ background with integration implementations and conversion activities with large organizations. Proficiency in minimum one of the following: Python, Java, XML, JSON Technical and Functional understanding of integrations best practices. Possesses a technical background in APIs, with a solid understanding of programming languages and modern software development practices Ability to lead discussions with primarily English-speaking stakeholders. Strong organization and communication skills. Effectively work with remote teams to communicate status/issues/resolutions and timelines. Strong project management skills. Strong background in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio) Preferred: Functional knowledge of Workday, Coupa, and Kyriba Workday Integrations and Extend Understanding of enterprise security structure in relation to integrations Exposure to enterprise level audit compliance Functional knowledge of Workday Finance, Human Resources and Professional Services Automation modules.
