Corporate Strategy Consultant HYBRID IN GOLDEN VALLEY, MN The Corporate Strategy Consultant is a senior member of the Corporate Strategy Team, who applies strategic, business and financial thinking to leading and executing the Corporate Strategy. This position is critical to the overall strategy to bring new, innovative thinking and problem-solving. This role will lead the strategic initiatives for cross-enterprise impact. Responsibilities include leading in building of the annual Strategy, developing related business plans and acting as a change management champion within the Company. Key relationships will include the Strategic Program management Office, Portfolio leaders, Finance and the executive leadership team. In addition, this position is a leader of various project cross-functional teams, developing business plans to drive the implementation of strategic priorities. This position is also responsible for delivering key messages to Senior Management and other key stakeholders. The candidate’s ability to remain highly organized in a dynamic and evolving environment, ability to engage seamlessly at all levels of the organization (and externally), and ability to seamlessly execute will critical to success. Description · Lead in the development of strategic plans, alignment with Finance and the Strategic Program Management team. · Lead all facets of strategy projects ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures including: financial forecasting, headcount planning, audit & control, and centralized policy/reporting · Create and drive communications to broad audiences on behalf of Strategy Leadership · Support building a Long Term Strategy model, developing and executing key strategies, and adding capabilities in support of the future needs · Create and manage business cases, measurement models to evaluate individual and across portfolio efforts (ex. pilots and proof of concepts) Requirements · Experience in strategy development and project management · Experience in financial services industry · Experience developing business cases, performing cost-benefit analysis, conducting market/industry research · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required · Collaborative relationship building skills with various internal and external stakeholders. · Ability to build relationships cross-functionally and lead toward common goals, proven record of successfully managing executive relationships. · Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities. · Experience leading cross functional teams and extracting the best from each team member · Track record of taking action “getting things done” with minimal guidance · Ability to pull details and use structure to execute on initiatives · Ability to manage through ambiguity and ever-changing timelines and business assumptions · Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse populations: capable of effectively presenting ideas; excellent writer, proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-levels Preferred Qualifications · MBA from a top school ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
