Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?

As a Corporate Strategy Intern at Dexterra Group, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our organization’s strategy, business planning, and corporate performance initiatives. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, contributing to projects that shape the future of our business. 

Build relationships with stakeholders across the company, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Create frameworks to tackle complex problems and drive quantitative rigor in decision-making.Support strategy projects, business case development, market research, and financial modeling.Conduct research and analysis on markets, competitors, and strategic topics.Assist with critical assessment of strategic decisions and activities.Prepare executive-level summaries and implications analysis of industry news and events.Contribute to external growth initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances.Prepare monthly performance dashboards and business case presentations for leadership.Participate in cross-functional projects and propose new ideas or process improvements

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. General understanding of finance, marketing, corporate strategy, financial modeling, and market research.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Well-developed organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
