The Corporate Solutions team is a specialized unit within Global Corporate Sales, designed to support the Group’s revenue growth by delivering cross-asset, balance-sheet-efficient solutions to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) clients. The team acts as a bridge between Global Markets and other CIB businesses, enabling BBVA to engage in complex, strategic client transactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of strategic equity-linked transactions for French and European corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on listed equity underlyings and capital-structure-driven solutions.. You will act as a senior client-facing originator, fully embedded within the Corporate Solutions team and the Corporate Sales team in France, as a recognised expert for equity derivatives and equity financing solutions. The role requires close collaboration with senior Coverage bankers, Global Markets product teams, and Investment Banking & Financing (IB&F) franchises, both locally and globally.

Key transactions include strategic equity solutions, particularly:
Equity derivatives (hedging, monetisation, and risk-management structures)
Equity financing solutions (margin loans, share-backed financing, prepaid forwards, collars, etc.)
Share buyback and capital structure optimisation transactions
Structured financing transactions involving strategic stakes or treasury shares.
All transactions are developed within the framework of BBVA’s long-term, relationship-driven dialogue with French corporates, ensuring solutions are aligned with clients’ strategic, financial, and governance objectives.
Qualifications
Academic & Professional Background
Strong academic background (Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent).
Proven professional experience in Global Markets, Equity Sales, Equity Structuring, or Corporate Solutions.
Solid understanding of Investment Banking and CIB client dynamics.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Deep knowledge of equity derivatives and equity financing solutions.
Broad understanding of Global Markets products across asset classes.
Ability to assess complex client situations and translate them into structured solutions.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of balance-sheet and risk considerations.
Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset in a highly matrixed environment
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both internally and externally
