Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist

Position Summary + The CSR Specialist plays a key role in developing, implementing, and enhancing programs that showcase Atlantic Health as a responsible corporate citizen. This individual contributor role manages high‑visibility initiatives, partners with community organizations, and serves as a cross‑functional connector between internal teams and external stakeholders. + You will contribute to CSR strategy, drive employee engagement, evaluate social impact initiatives, and help tell the story of Atlantic Health’s commitment to our communities. Key Responsibilities + Execute CSR strategies and programs aligned with Atlantic Health’s community impact goals. + Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, nonprofit organizations, and internal stakeholders. + Plan and coordinate initiatives that positively affect the health and well‑being of communities across the region. + Manage the volunteer engagement platform, including repository oversight, reporting, team member training, and submission tracking. + Collect and analyze program data; identify key metrics; prepare insights that support continuous improvement and executive reporting. + Partner with Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications to highlight CSR initiatives and amplify impact stories. + Provide operational support for community events, volunteer programs, donation drives, and large‑scale system initiatives. + Serve as an ambassador of Atlantic Health’s values and community commitments. + Serve as the primary owner of programs or major processes within a complex program as required. + Perform other duties as assigned. Education + Bachelor’s degree required Experience + 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Relations, Project Management, Social Impact, Sustainability, or related fields. + Demonstrated passion for social impact, volunteerism, and community engagement. Skills & Competencies + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners. + Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing actionable recommendations. + High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive or confidential information. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new platforms or engagement systems. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently prioritize tasks. + Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
