We are seeking a Corporate Shared Service Support Analyst who will play a critical role in attendance management and payroll by identifying and tracking various types of leaves and interruptions in pay periods. This role requires an individual with a keen understanding of legal requirements and the importance of identifying changes and gaps in payroll for a two-week period.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and track interruptions in pay periods due to various types of leaves.Analyze attendance and payroll data to ensure compliance with legal requirements.Utilize Excel, Kronos, and UKG Pro/Ultimate for data management and leave tracking.Collaborate with internal partners, supervisors, and shared services to ensure accurate payroll processing.Manage and analyze data entry and database management tasks.

Work Environment
This role is based in an open-concept office environment on a team of nine. The position requires 40 hours of work per week, typically from 8/9am to 5pm. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and conversion.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.47 - $29.16/hr.
