This, in turn, creates a lasting impact on the world around us. **Job Description** We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter with 3-5 years of recruiting experience to support Olsson’s Data Center teams within our Technology Market. This role supports hiring talent to work on large scale data center and mission critical facility projects, where priorities shift quickly, timelines are tight, and talent needs evolve rapidly. You will work closely with engineering and project leaders to recruit for highly specialized technical positions, including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls and Structural Engineering, as well as Facility Commissioning, QA/QC, and other critical facility roles. **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with technical leadership to develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies. + Lead full-cycle recruitmentefforts including sourcing and engaging niche technical talent, coordinating and facilitating interviews, advising and supporting hiring managers through final candidate selection, managing offer discussions, and overseeing preemployment steps to ensure smooth and timelyonboarding. + Build andmaintain strong relationships with candidates and leaders, ensuring an inclusive and positive experience for all stakeholders. + Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for finding talent in a competitive marketalong with creative problem solving to keep pace with project timelines. We are looking for someone with technical recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. Strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to think outside the box are essential. You will play a critical role in keeping our Technology Market teams staffed and ready to deliver complex data center projects across the country. **Qualifications** **You bring to the team:** + A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. + A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or rapidly changing environments. + Preferably 2–4 years of agency recruiting experience, supporting engineering or other technical disciplines. + Strong business acumen, enabling you to quickly understand project priorities and guide recruitment decisions. + Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, allowing you to stay composed, think ahead, and pivot quickly in a high volume, high-speed recruiting environment. \#LI-RS1 #LI-Hybrid **Additional Information** Olsson specializes in engineering and design, client advisory services, planning, field services, and environmental.
