You will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent, working closely with our hiring managers on strategic workforce planning and organizational development. You will manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from building robust talent pipelines to ensuring an efficient and positive interview process, and successfully closing offers. ResponsibilitiesCultivate strong relationships with internal hiring managers, becoming a trusted advisor who anticipates needs and proactively delivers tailored recruiting solutions.Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, to consistently exceed hiring goals and align with financial headcount projections.Leverage comprehensive knowledge of recruitment across diverse roles, levels, and functions, with a specialized focus on finance, accounting, marketing, product development, and technology.Remain current with the latest talent acquisition trends, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and sourcing tools, and share insights to continuously improve team practices.Mentor and support fellow recruiters, sharing best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and advanced interview techniques.Provide comprehensive immigration and visa support, leveraging extensive experience in international recruitment to efficiently navigate global hiring processes.Represent the company at industry conferences and events, and host local recruiting events to build brand awareness and attract talent.Establish and nurture relationships with key pipeline organizations and target universities to build a strong talent network.Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to management to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Partner with other departmental recruiters to provide support and resources for open positions across various functional areas.Essential Skills7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Deep expertise in corporate functions, including finance, accounting, marketing, and product development sectors.Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new pipelines, including technology.Mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels.Extensive experience partnering with senior leadership (Director-level+), including SVPs, to attract and recruit top-tier leadership talent.Ability to proactively manage open requisitions with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.Creative and innovative approach to recruiting, with the ability to independently solve complex challenges.Dedicated to sharing knowledge and best practices throughout the entire hiring cycle.Passion for staying current with industry trends and the latest sourcing and recruitment technology.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex role requirements.Highly organized, strategic problem-solver, and proactive self-starter.Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.Experience with ATS systems.Work Environment
This position is based onsite at our client's headquarters. The work schedule is 8am to 5pm, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, New York.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
