Corporate Purchaser
Our client, a multinational construction, architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a Corporate Purchaser to join their team. As a Corporate Purchaser, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Corporate Purchaser **Location:** Kansas City, MO (Onsite) **Salary Range:** Competitive Salary + Bonus **What's the Job?** + Facilitate the sourcing and contracting processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. + Develop RFXs based on business needs, serving as the primary contact for suppliers and business partners. + Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, including diverse options, and secure internal support for their inclusion. + Prepare and process purchase order documents within the online purchasing system. + Draft contracts aligned with company policies that reflect negotiations used to reduce risk and capture long-term objectives. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Law, or related field and 3 years of direct purchasing experience. + Experience in negotiating software license agreements, cloud computing agreements, or other technology-related contracts. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to effectively negotiate. + Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle Financial R12 software experience preferred. **What's in it for me?** + 100% employee stock ownership. + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Engage in challenging projects that enhance your professional growth. + Be part of a team that values innovation and diversity. + Contribute to the success of a leading organization in the technology sector.
