Corporate Associate - Fund Formation

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a corporate associate with fund formation experience to join its growing practice.

The associate will work closely with partners representing venture capital, growth equity, and other private equity firms on all aspects of their operations, including fund formation, financing transactions, and related corporate and regulatory matters.
