Corporate Compliance Specialist
AAR is seeking a professional level Corporate Compliance Specialist to join the Compliance Department. This is a hybrid role and can be based at either our Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, IL or our current downtown Chicago office at 321 N. Clark Street until early 2027, at which time the role will be based at planned office relocation to the Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago in early 2027.What you will be responsible for:Initiate and facilitate third-party due diligence related processes and draft summary and investigation reports as required.Manage select ongoing monitoring assignments to confirm alignment with requirements and document findings from monitoring activities.Provide support with data collection, data analysis, and report preparation for third-party and other targeted audits.Participate in process improvement initiatives to support fundamental ethics and compliance initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional areas and communicate the company’s program to business stakeholders across the organization.Investigate third party risk management related issues.Produce actionable reporting for executive level audiences.Develop relationships throughout the company to foster a collaborative approach to proactive compliance.AAR is seeking a professional level Corporate Compliance Specialist to join the Compliance Department. The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
