Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a Chambers Ranked, full-service law firm in their search for a Corporate Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in one of its Midwestern offices.

Highlights:

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on M&A and other general corporate and commercial matters

Experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents is required

Successful candidates will bring excellent writing skills, strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision

The practice advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions across a wide range of corporate transactions
