This role leads end-to-end client implementations on the Cornerstone platform, while also providing post-implementation/sustainment support, help desk services and ad hoc client assistance. The position coordinates closely with both the client and internal teams to deliver on-time outcomes, manage scope and ensure overall client satisfaction. This role will require subject matter expertise and will be looked upon as growth leader within the Business Strategic & IT Consulting Sector of the Federal Civilian Business Unit. This is a remote position, working from home/co-working space with occasional onsite meetings supporting client across the US. Clients are predominately commercial companies and US State/Local government with a pipeline of Commercial, State/Local government and US Federal government agencies.
This position can be located at any CGI office in the U.S, preferred location is Fairfax,VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
- Collaborate with CGI Federal's Implementation Manager to define tasks, set priorities, allocate resources, and establish the Implementation project plan.
- Engage the client's project manager to align objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
- Maintain weekly and monthly status reports and keep the Smartsheet project plan up to date.
- Conduct requirements gathering and documentation.
- Host client configuration workshops to validate requirements and finalize the solution design.
- Implement the client on the Cornerstone platform.
- Perform detailed system configuration.
- Produce internal and client documentation, including white papers, presentations, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
- Create, review, and deliver system training.
- Manage project scope and customer expectations throughout to ensure on-time deliverables and a successful client experience
3-4 years of consulting experience.
Candidates need to have at least their Cornerstone Core Specialist certification AND (1) CSOD module (Learning, Performance, Succession, Compensation, Recruiting) certification, ideally Learning. Required CSOD certification level: Specialist. Upon hire, CGI Partners supporting CSOD projects will have 6-months to obtain/maintain Cornerstone Talent Suite full-stack (Learning, Performance, Succession, Compensation, Recruiting) certification status.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
Desired CSOD certification level: Expert (if available). Desired skills: Identify business development opportunities; proposal writing/review; mentorship and coaching. Bachelor's degree desired.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
