Job Description
The role involves monitoring a conveyor system to ensure that all corn that passes through is viable. If any corn appears discolored, rotten, or is of a different crop, it should be removed and discarded. Corn with husks should be sent for re-working. This job requires standing for prolonged periods and the ability to walk up and down stairs. Please note that the environment is not temperature-controlled and may be dusty due to corn and insecticides.
Responsibilities

Work Environment
The work involves both seated and standing tasks. The sorting area is air-conditioned, although the overall environment is not temperature-controlled. Employees should wear closed-toed shoes, work pants or jeans, and a t-shirt. The site is strictly tobacco-free. Shifts are 12 hours long, with a weekly schedule of 48 to 60 hours, depending on staffing levels. Employees are expected to be available all 7 days, with rotating days off.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
