Core Assembler
**Job Title: Assembler ($21/hr)** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in constructing the cores of industrial radiators. This position involves working in the core assembly area, operating a slitting machine, and assembling cores with a teammate using various metals. **Responsibilities** + Operate a slitting machine, ensuring smooth operation and preventing jams by loading spools of various metals. + Collaborate in teams of two to assemble the cores by inserting metal pipes through the core sheathing. + Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure precise assembly. + Utilize overhead cranes for material handling. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of assembly or machine operation experience. + At least 1 year of experience using power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mechanical assembly and use of overhead cranes is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a forward-thinking company that is expanding into the data center market. The facility is clean and organized, although not temperature-controlled, so it gets warm in the summer, especially in the core area where solder dipping is performed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENOSHA, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
