Core Account Manager

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Core Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across the Benelux and Nordic regions. This role focuses on driving revenue through renewals, up-selling, and outbound sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key contributor to the sales team, executing strategic initiatives and improving sales processes across a high-volume account base.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts (up to $20k) and identify opportunities for growth.Drive outbound sales, renewals, and up-selling initiatives based on customer needs and intent.Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately.Maintain detailed customer records, including meetings, emails, and sales activities.Follow up on leads and convert them into new business opportunities.Prepare and present sales quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.Analyze and report on sales activities, trends, and performance metrics.Implement strategic sales initiatives and contribute to overall business growth.Travel within the territory up to 20% and attend international sales meetings as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in customer engagement, account management, or sales.Proven ability to drive growth in assigned accounts and close deals.Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

Desired Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required. Dutch and/or Swedish is a plus.Strong understanding of customer service and account management principles.Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.Self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales.Resourceful, able to handle operational and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
