Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, service-oriented Copy Center Associate to join our team. This multifaceted role supports the full spectrum of copy center operations-including frontline customer service, machine operation, and bindery/finishing services.
Responsibilities*Customer Service Representative (50%)
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, phone, and in personAssess customer needs, answer questions regarding services, provide cost/time estimates, and ensure high levels of satisfactionProcess copy/print orders and troubleshoot basic customer inquiriesCollaborate with other staff to coordinate order fulfillment
Machine Operator (25%)
Bindery/Finishing (25%)
Desired Qualifications*Previous experience in a print/copy center environmentFamiliarity with high-speed copiers, printers, and bindery equipmentExperience with order management/tracking systemsModes of Work

Position requires frequent standing, lifting and handling of print materials and supplies.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00
