Role Overview
The Copilot Adoption & Enablement Specialist plays a key role in driving the successful adoption, governance, and operationalization of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio Agents across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of change management, GenAI solution enablement, and technical operations, ensuring that Copilot capabilities are deployed responsibly, effectively, and with strong user engagement.
. Experience in change management, digital adoption, or IT program support (ideally with Microsoft 365, Copilot, or GenAI solutions).
. Strong communication, documentation, and community management skills.
. Experience with agent lifecycle management, UAT coordination & troubleshooting.
. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio.
. Analytical mindset: comfortable with reporting, KPI tracking & solution assessment.
. Proactive, collaborative & adaptable to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Required Skills & Experience
. Maintain & update Copilot Champions list and facilitate community engagement.
. Documented and improved Copilot Agent enablement and governance processes.
. Led UAT for Copilot Agents, including test planning and feedback documentation.
. Investigate, document technical limitations, also provide workarounds whenever feasible for Copilot Studio Agents.
. Supported solution assessments and feedback analysis for GenAI initiatives.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong user and customer service background.
. Good understanding of Agile methodologies, quality processes, and best practices for maintaining information security.
. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
