How you will contribute

You will: 

Define and develop In store Standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy, adapt it to each retail environment by customer and all supporting rationale and customer storiesLead end to end delivery of displays.Use Mondelēz International harmonized displays & design simplification principles; maintain project documentation & reporting to communicate clear status of projectsPerfect Store KPIs tracking and identify distribution opportunities – analysis, action plan and activities executionProvide support with fast track: analyze, calculate, prepare for revision, sign off and monitor priorities and results together with Category Planning and activationManage all activities in line with budgets agreed

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

Developing and executing Perfect Store standards for the primary shelf and secondary placements, in line with brand and category strategies, tailored to each customer/channel environment.

Creating and deploying impactful display solutions and vehicles (permanent, semi-permanent, temporary) to capitalize on commercial opportunities across multiple retail environments.

Partnering with Category Management (CATMAN) to define and evolve the “Picture of Success”, aligning commercial teams around core KPIs and in-store excellence objectives.

Leading end-to-end project management for all display-related initiatives, from design brief and prototyping to deployment, follow-up and ROI evaluation.

Driving Perfect Store KPIs tracking and distribution opportunity analysis, translating insights into concrete action plans to close execution gaps.

Conducting field visits with Sales and Operations teams to deeply understand channel dynamics and shopper behavior, identify execution gaps and generate actionable strategies.

Translating brand strategy into channel-specific plans, adapting initiatives with a strong shopper-centric mindset to unlock conversion opportunities.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Trade Marketing, Sales, Category Planning, Marketing, and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective execution.

Providing support in fast-track processes including scenario analysis, business case preparation, initiative tracking and cross-functional alignment.

Managing projects within budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing return on visibility and investment.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor of Business and Commerce

Job specific requirements:

Experience in Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, Sales or Category roles.
• Strong understanding of channel and category dynamics, including traditional trade, modern trade, convenience and alternate channels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Applying the 5S framework (See, Scan, Spot, Show Interest, Select) to increase in-store conversion by enhancing visibility, engagement, and relevance at the point of sale.
• Experience in in-store execution and visual merchandising principles.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive executional excellence.
• Project management experience.
• Strategic agility paired with hands-on execution focus.
• Open mindset, creativity and willingness to test, learn and adapt quickly.
• Passion for shopper behavior and conversion at the point of sale.
