Job Description:

Digital Acquisition is responsible for acquiring new card members through various marketing channels and content, functioning a key role for our business growth by continually expanding quality customer base. You will join one of its teams which manages a referral channel to target existing card holders to refer their friends. This position is responsible for the planning and operation of the channel, such as developing high-level strategies, implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing the results, and responding to the inquiries from inside/outside the team. The incumbent is required to understand the product value, financials, and customer satisfaction through end to end process, working closely with various cross functional teams.

Roles and responsibilities:

■Acquisition Management
-          Deliver on the acquisition strategy and communication tactics/campaigns for related product.
-          Proactively manage and optimize budget allocation towards key success metrics such as the number of new card members acquired and the amount they use.
-          Ensure compliance with key legal and regulatory requirements.

■Main responsibility: plan and execute acquisition offers and campaigns.
-        Design new offers and campaigns based on the latest trend or knowledge from the past offers and campaigns.
-        Prepare various creative material such as landing pages, DMs, emails, etc. working with internal/external teams and vendors.
-        Collaborate with the internal stakeholders such as the call centers and technology teams to track and monitor the offers and campaigns.
-        Manage timeline and milestones to execute offers and campaigns as scheduled.
-        Analyze the result of the offers and campaigns and share the learnings among the team.

 

Other responsibilities

-        Join communications with teams in UK/US/India to share the market's latest update or collect knowledge from the other markets.
-        Respond to the inquiries from various counterparts about the channel or the offers and campaigns provided from the channel.

Qualifications:

-        Candidate with at least 1-3 years of digital marketing background.
-        Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
-        Good computer skills/familiarity of computer usage.
-        Good communication skill in both Japanese and English (both written and verbal).
-        Analytical skills and data driven, but also with the creative thinking.
-        Ability to identify and act on issues that may impact customer experience.
-        Excellent team player – build consensus and bring focus in a cross functional environment.
-        Motivated to proactively learn new business models, methods, processes, etc.
-        Logical thinking / strategic planning skills.
-        Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
