Our client, a leader in the textile and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Coordinator- Dye House to join their team. As a Coordinator- Dye House, you will be an essential part of the Dyeing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic environment.
**Job Title:** Coordinator- Dye House
**Location:** Graham, NC
**Pay Range: $13.00 an hour**
**Shift:** First shift, Monday - Friday with some Saturdays, 7am-3pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Direct the preparation activities prior to dyeing, including pulling greige product for dyeing processes.
+ Schedule dye runs efficiently to meet production deadlines.
+ Generate and review dye recipes for each dyeing run to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
+ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during dyeing operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
+ Basic understanding of dyeing processes and safety procedures.
+ Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude.
+ Previous experience in textile or dyeing operations is a plus but not required.
