Our client, an executive search firm, is seeking a Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to consultants across multiple teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, hybrid (4 days onsite in Manhattan, 1 remote).
Responsibilities:
Support consultants with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordinationPrepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for client engagementsAssist with event planning and logistics for internal and external meetingsMaintain accurate records and manage data entry in internal systemsCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and client serviceProvide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred3-5+ years of administrative experience; executive search or recruitment experience a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation/Benefits:
