**Job Title: Training and Administrative Support Specialist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Training and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires and maintaining efficient administrative operations within our manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary training schedules are organized.
+ Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including plant tours for new employees.
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support in a warehouse setting.
+ Oversee and maintain accurate training records for all new hires.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in training development and scheduling coordination.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
+ Demonstrated experience facilitating new hire orientations.
+ Administrative experience in a warehouse environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a manufacturing work environment.
+ Strong data entry skills.

**Work Environment**
The work schedule is 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional requirements to attend orientations during the 2nd or 3rd shift a couple of times a month. This role is situated in a manufacturing environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, Alabama.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
